I'm brand new to D&D Beyond. I just signed up for the master tier subscription and purchased Tasha's Cauldron of everything. I'm trying to create a campaign for my kids. My wife and I are testing it out prior to doing the full campaign build.
I have been able to figure out creating a campaign, shared it with my wife and shared purchased content. She can see how to create a character inside the campaign. However, I have no clue nor can see any of the options from Tasha's nor can she. I have checked my licenses and they are in sync. I have Tasha's and weapon mastery pack. I have signed out and back in. Using google chrome incognito to clear cookies. But when we go into character creation I toggle on the Optional Class Features but do not see a toggle for Tasha's there. Then when I go into the class screen I see the link for Optional Feature Manager. I bump up my level to 20 just to test and everything else loads accordingly but under the Optional Feature Manger it states You currently have no available optional class feature for this class and to unlock all official options in Marketplace. Testing it I'm trying to pick Ranger with a subclass of Beast Master. But all I see is Hunter and Swarmkeeper. What am I missing here? Do I need to purchase something else from the marketplace?
You're using 2024 classes. The Tasha's optional class features were upgrades to the 2014 classes, and don't apply to the new ones. (Some are included, some are there in a different way, and others were presumably decided not to be necessary after other rebalancing.)
You also won't see any Tasha's subclasses that got updated to the 2024 rules.
To see everything, you need to either use 2014 classes (easiest way is to turn off core rules), or have access to the new PHB, either by buying it or being in a campaign where it's being shared.
(I'm also not sure what you mean by "the weapon mastery pack", but I assume it's some third-party book.)

Thank you I will take a look at that.
Just to be clear, do you have the players handbook?
It's a digital dice set that was provided to master-tier subscribers as the monthly subscriber perk for December.
