Will the MCM 2024 DMG have a foil cover ?

I was wondering if any one knows if this cover will be a foil cover like the 2024 phb they sold at gen con i think ?

Did they have a foil cover beyond just the gold 50 on the back? Because that was standard and not a con exclusive and I suspect will be on the DMG and MM too
