So I was wondering if a monk with a movement speed of 110 was in the area of a totem elk barbarian and get the x2 speed, then could haste then be casted on the monk and theroectly doubling the speed again?
It talks about doubling the "travel pace", which would be how far you can travel, rather than your speed. So basically, you can get from City A to City B in half the time. Hence, it wouldn't double your speed if you have an ElkBarb in your party.
