I'm trying to create a lvl-5 druid/lvl-2 Ranger multiclass, but I don't know how determine my spell slots and how multiclassing works in general if some one could help me out id appreciate it (PS: this is in 5e)
Are you trying to build them with the 2014 5e or 2024 5e System?
Here is the 2014 Players Handbook section on Multiclassing.

I know they go through items like Spell Slots, so I hope these help :)
Cheers!

Breathe, dragons; sing of the First World, forged out of chaos and painted with beauty. Sing of Bahamut, the Platinum, molding the shape of the mountains and rivers; Sing too of Chromatic Tiamat, painting all over the infinite canvas. Partnered, they woke in the darkness; partnered, they labored in acts of creation.
Basically you use the multiclass spell slots table not the Druid or ranger tables. To figure out the effective caster level add the Druid levels to half the ranger levels (2014 rounds down, 2024 rounds up). You pick your spells based strictly on the class levels so it’s likely you will have spell slots higher than your max spell level in one or both classes. Use them for upcasting spells.

According to the rules, you count as a level 6 character when determining your spell slots:
Spell Slots. You determine your available spell slots by adding together the following:
All your levels in the Bard, Cleric, Druid, Sorcerer, and Wizard classes
Half your levels (round up) in the Paladin and Ranger classes
As shown in the Multiclass Spellcaster table, you have four level 1 spell slots, three level 2 slots, and three level 3 slots.
What Tarodnet said above, and then you pick known/prepared spells for each class as normal, so you will have your Druid spells prepared list for a 5th Druid, and a ranger known spells list for a 2nd ranger. Then you can use the spell slots as Tarodnet explains above to cast any of the spells from either list.
And, any cantrips you cast from either class count as being from a 7th level caster (your total character level), if it matters.

Good point! From the 2024 rules:
Cantrips. If a cantrip of yours increases in power at higher levels, the increase is based on your total character level, not your level in a particular class, unless the spell says otherwise.
