If a BONUS action lasts for more than one turn, can a character use another BONUS action in subsequent turns?

If a BONUS action lasts for more than one turn, can a character use another BONUS action in subsequent turns?

For example, the RUNE KNIGHT'S "storm rune" BONUS action lasts for up to 1 minute. On round 2, can the RUNE KNIGHT use the "second wind"

option while at the same time the "storm rune" BONUS action is still being utilized?
