Has anyone written or borrowed (with or without the author's permission, for non-commercial use only) contract forms suitable for an Acquisitions Incorporated themed game? I'm currently reading through Wizards of the Coast Terms of service for ideas.
18. Definitions. 18.2. "Services" -

20. Dispute Resolution: Arbitration. 20.1 The Client and Service Provider
I think there is a typo in the Wizards of the Coast General Term Section 20.7. Additional Terms. ..YOU AND WIZARDS BOTH UNDERSTAND THAT, ABSENT THIS ARVBITRATION...
24. General. 24.1 Language; Interpretation. It is the express wish of Acquisitions Incorporated that these documents have been drawn up in the Kobald language. The original of these Terms is in Infernal; any translations are provided for reference purposes only. 24.7 Force Majeure. Acquisitions Incorporated shall not be liable for any delay of failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control including, without limitations, any failure to perform hereunder due to unforeseen circumstances or cause such as acts of god, war, terrorism, robot uprising, embargos, epidemics, acts of civil or military authorities, pandemics, public health emergency, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
I suspect you’re delving a bit too deep into this for what is, really, a tabletop role play game,. Aquisitions was written very much tongue in cheek a modern based contract is not going to fit that style very well.
