Why are there so many mistakes in our physical purchased copies of these manuals? How can we get corrected versions? I don't want a manual with a ton of errors in it. Somebody did a horrible job to allow all these errors come out to begin with. Are there not proofreaders? Do the rulemakers not even check their work? This is stupid.
When errata is released for 2024 books, if any, isn't known yet. R&D do playtest and review works but when many different people work on a draft document that changes affect other things in it, small error are often missed in the shuffle.
There's already at least 1 stealth errata to the Goliath's Powerful Build so far:
Print: You have Advantage on any saving throw you make to end the Grappled condition. You also count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity.
Online: You have Advantage on any ability check you make to end the Grappled condition. You also count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity.
Oh...there's a lot of ERRATA. They are just kind of sweeping it under the rug.
I guess my next question is: When does the 2nd printing come out with ALL the errors fixed? OR How can I trade my erroneous books in for D&D Beyond books?
How can I trade my erroneous books in for D&D Beyond books?
Pretty much every first edition ever printed has had errors, so my guess is never

No idea on the first, and you can't on the second once you're outside the return policy of whatever seller you went through. Actual misprints from the production process are one thing, but when everything was printed as laid out you got the product they were offering, and they're not going to effectively give out two copies of that product for the price of one over errata issues.
Edit: to be clear, on the second point I was saying you cannot return the book for a refund if you're outside the terms. As stated below, there is no mechanism at all for "exchanging" a print copy for access to the book on Beyond.
Errata, or more precisely the errors it corrects, are really annoying. You pay a lot of money for the books and there tends to be a lot of errors. Typos are annoying, but I tend to get more upset about changes to mechanics - like, come on, the reason we're paying you for this is to playtest and assure us this works. That should all be done before sending it to print.
That said...there isn't anyone I'm aware of that would give you a second book free with the corrections. Usually, you get an updated digital version (a new PDF or in the case of D&D, your DDB book is updated), but physical is sold as-is. WotC is just doing the market standard. And you can understand why - even if the book cost $10 to make, that would wipe out their profits just by having to replace the books.
It's an annoying situation to be sure, but there isn't an easy way forward I'm afraid.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.

I'd advise you look at the various errata's released for the 2014 Player's Handbook and you'll see some answers to your questions (and clarifications on some of your assertions)
No errata yet doesn't mean they're "sweeping it under the rug". It's only been 4 months since the PHB came out
The first PHB errata came out more than 6 months after the PHB released
Just look at the number of errata released for the 2014 PHB, the 2nd printing will not fix "ALL the errors"
