New Maps for VTT Maps

How do I acquire the maps from the Lost mine of Phandelver campaign for VTT Maps. Do I get them from a third-party source or must I buy the campaign from the marketplace again?

I got a maste tier subscription and own this campaign in my library like several other source books. But if I start VTT Maps I can't choose any of the Maps from Lost Mine of Phandelver.

Only maps you've either uploaded yourself or found within books you own on D&D Beyond will be visible in Maps. If you want maps for Lost Mine of Phandelver, you'll need to buy Phandelver and Below: The Shattered Obelisk as the intro adventure was rolled into that full adventure

There are some from a third party that just went up this last month. But for established adventures, you have to buy the adventure module 

I'm disappointed that I can't get the VTT for LMoP without buying another source.

 LMoP was a free adventure from 2014.  They fleshed it out to level 12 and made it a real product, so they support that now.

I'm running Phandelver and Below: The Shattered Obelisk with my family, and I have purchased the digital version of PaB through DnD Beyond. However, I don't know how to import all of the content (NPCs, monsters, their tokens, maps, etc.) from the digital sourcebook into DnD Beyond's Maps. I feel like there should be an "export to Maps" button associated with the sourcebook, but I can't find one. Thanks in advance for any help with this.

1.  Open the VTT
2. Pull down the map selector, and choose "Open Map Browser"
3. Under Adventures, select Phandelver and Below.
4. Add whichever map you want.

Unfortunately Phandelver and Below does not have Quickplay Maps, as it's an older module, but all the NPCs, Monsters, and their tokens are available in the Token Browser.

1. Open the Token Browser
2. Click the Filter icon
3. Select the Source: Phandelver and Below
4. Click Apply.

It will then list the 59 NPCs/Monsters from that book.  To get the general monsters, also select the Monster Manual.
