In the Sigil FAQ page it says...

The digital Gold Dragon Mini is an exclusive bonus for those who pre-ordered the 2024 Digital and Physical Core Rulebook Bundle.
If you pre-ordered the bundle, you will receive an email with a redemption code on February 26, 2025.
I never received that email. Did anybody? And if you did, how did you even redeem it? The email for the Dragon Artbook was never sent to me either, it took weeks of requesting that from support to finally receive the link to the PDF. So, I am wondering if this is a similar scenario to that.
once email and redeem code are received (you may need to pester the support team) you sign in and put the redeem code in here - redeem code (there should also be a link to the redeem page in the email)

I got mine a couple of days ago. On the other hand, it's possible that it's coming waves. That said, if you didn't get the art book automatically, you may not be on the list to get it, for whatever reason. I'd contact Customer Support.
