I'm trying to create a Changeling character but the species isn't showing up in the creation tab even though I have the book in which the species is shown - Eberron: Rising from the Last War. It's not just this source that isn't showing up, either. I have several source books on DDB and only the rules, the player's handbook, and two other are showing on the sources tab of the character creator.
I've tried re-syncing the licenses and such but nothing has changed.
If you've done the resync thing already the next step is to check the Home page of the character creator and make sure you've ticked everything. At the least you need either Core Rules or 2014 Rules ticked depending which set of rules you're using (or tick both for everything) and Expanded Rules to access things that aren''t in the three main rules books which will include the Eberron races. If you're still not having any luck it'll need an email to customer services I'm afraid

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Yeah, I had to send an email there. Ah well, hopefully it'll be easily sorted. Thanks for the response!
I don't know what's causing your problem or how to fix it but a workaround is just to reproduce the creature in the homebrew creation.
