Alright i have some items i have picked up through our campaign, however i can't quite figure out what to do with them. I'd like to homebrew something with the dm but I'm in a brain fog, i have no ideas, i was wondering if anyone could help me spark some ideas. the items are all blood vials 20 oz each.
1 black dragon blood vial, 2 white dragon blood vials, 2 werewolf blood vials.
I am not sure what to do with them, do i make potions, infuse it into items somehow, drink them and hope it does something for me, im just not sure what my next move should be with these.
I will start with a couple questions as I don't have any background with your group's Campaign...
Why would your character collect vials of blood?
Are they an alchemist hoping to be able to make something with the blood?
Are you a cook and want to use it as some kind of ingredient/seasoning?
Looking to sell it to a high level spellcaster for some Gold?
When it comes down to what you can use these for, it is up to your DM, so even if you think of something really fun, you will need to clear it with your DM. Your DM let you gather these, but that doesn't mean they know you are planning to make something with them or use them for something, make sure you share that info with them so they are aware.
Now outside of all of that, here are some suggestions:
Hire a high level Magic User and have him craft you a Dragon Slayer Weapon using one (or all) of the Vials of Dragon Blood.
If you are a class that uses bladed weapons or arrows/bolts, you can dip (or coat) your weapon in the Werewolf Blood to possibly curse a creature you wound.
Maybe you could use the same Magic User to use the Werewolf Blood to create some kind of amulet or ring that will protect you from Lycanthropy Curses.
Cheers!

My brain immediate turned to Jurassic Park meets Pokémon Trainer.
Catch 'em all, build a magic menagerie of loyal monsters, and train them to be your army of abominations you can ride (or follow) into battle.
Are these things that you've asked to collect and now you're wondering if there's something you can actually do with them? Or are these things that your DM have handed out and you're not sure what they're for?
If this came from the DM, ask them. These aren't things with rules associated with them and the DM clearly has something in mind for them. Ask them, and they'll either tell you that you'll find out, tell you to experiment, or just tell you outright what they do.
If this is something you've collected on your own initiative...expect more resistance. If you want benefits from something that you've managed to persuade the DM to give you without knowledge that you'd eventually want to gain a mechanical advantage from...there might well be some reluctance. In that case, I'd suggest asking for something underpowered - they're more likely to agree. If you would like some help and suggestions, tell us how you got them, what level you are, if you have other magic items (you might be able to finangle a deal where they're a replacement for magic items you'd otherwise receive) and anything else that might be relevant. That would be helpful in helping you make a convincing case.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
Sorry I didn't realize I got replies so soon. To answers some of your questions
Why would your character collect vials of blood?
My character is looking for ways to gain power, however he can and by whatever means. So when he thinks something might be of use to gain power he collects it. I've made a few things with the DM already that eventually may be OP but we have to come across certain things, creatures or i meet certain tasks in order to make those items stronger.
Are they an alchemist hoping to be able to make something with the blood? No but I can smith
Are you a cook and want to use it as some kind of ingredient/seasoning? No but I like where your heads at
Looking to sell it to a high level spellcaster for some Gold? Also a possibility
I took your advice and brought up that I'd like to use the vials in some way. Either as a temp use, make them into potions of some sort, or make a curse item
