So essentially I'm designing a warlock, and its a pretty major part of his personality that he's a big social recluse and is horrible in conversation (also canonically ugly). But he managed to get his warlock patron by outsmarting her, which sparked her interest in him, but I digress. I wanted to know if there was a way to swap casting mod (and ability scores needed for other class abilities like "Dark One's Blessing.")

Charisma in D&D isn't all about being an extrovert or attractive. If your character pulled an effective con, they need some understanding of the various social levers even if they don't relate well to people or do small talk. And regardless, you don't need to assign more weight to the mental attributes than you want- high INT doesn't mean you're going to constantly spout trivia and read obscure research articles and high WIS doesn't mean you spend your free time contemplating the meaning of the universe.
But he managed to get his warlock patron by outsmarting her,
Deception is a Charisma based Skill in 5E, "out smarting" often falls under either Deception or Persuasion as there is no INT based skill for outsmarting. What intelligence is, Intelligence is a measure of "Reasoning and memory" where out smarting doesn't really fall under that category.
This said, WotC did play around with the idea of having Warlock use different attributes but it was entirely broken and not a good idea in the end and so Warlock remained as a Charisma Caster.

Coincidentally this sounds like 70% of the D&D fanbase who picture themselves as an Anime character with those traits.
I wouldn't say 70% but it is a problematic way to play, it's basically saying, "I'm not particapting in RP but when I do, I'm moody and edgy!" It's really not a good way to design a character.

No, not RAW, but you can ask your DM about it. Perhaps you could even use the optional honor score for it.
