You can do bookmarks but I think that takes you to specific pages. Still, might be easier than scrolling to something in the middle.
Alternatively, you could just have the ones you generally use downloaded, then use the downloaded tab.

Like Linklite said, bookmarks are your friend. Bookmark the Table of Contents of whatever books you use most. Makes it easy for navigation.
