Hello everyone, i have an issue: i bought the Stormwreck starter set digital edition and Phandelver Mines Starter set: why i can't import that on Maps VTT? Characters tokens doesn't exist and maps for Phandelver neither. When i have to select something from Maps it show me hust the Intro to Stormwreck. I have the master subscription as well but it doesn't seems to work at all. Can someone helps me please?
Firstly, you probably want the Bugs & Support forum for a question like this.
But as for your actual question; Lost Mine of Phandelver is a legacy product and was never actually added to Maps. Instead you want Phandelver and Below: The Shattered Obelisk, which is the updated version of Lost Mine of Phandelver.
With regards to Dragons of Stormwreck Isle, I'm seeing that listed in my maps entry under adventures:
You might need to check your entitlements are in sync?
first of all thanks: yes i have all in sync but i can't find player tokens anywhere and as well the stormwreck adventure.
In order to add pcs to a map, you need to make a campaign, add players to that campaign, have them make characters, and then open that campaign in maps.
Are you sure you own Dragons of Stormwreck Isle? If you do, it should show up like in the screenshot I posted.

For Phandelver, you can alternatively just save the image from the book and manually upload it to Maps.
