Scoured the marketplace page and I cannot find anything detailing if you do or do not get anything extra with a pre-order other than the standard content.
Tried checking the app too but it didn't even have the pre-order campaigns visible.

If it doesn't say you get anything for pre-ordering, you don't get anything for pre-ordering. The marketplace has never said "There are no pre-order benefits for this purchase" (nor has any pre-order I've ever seen ever)
Worth adding as well that judging by recent releases most of the preorder bonuses seem to have been removed from digital only preorders and are now only included on the digital+physical bundles
That’s not really the case. While it’s true that Dragon Delves did not have a preorder bonus, the dice and maps included in the Dragon Delves Ultimate Bundle were not a preorder bonus either: those items are still included in that bundle if you purchase today.
Meanwhile, the Forgotten Realm and Forge of the Artificer Ultimate Bundles similarly include bonus dice and maps, but preorders of any digital version receive a separate perks as well (an animated map for Forgotten Realms, and a dice set for Forge).
Does preordering Heroes of the Borderlands digital version have some benefits?
