Guided by a flash of magical insight, you make one attack with the weapon used in the spell’s casting. The attack uses your spellcasting ability for the attack and damage rolls instead of using Strength or Dexterity. If the attack deals damage, it can be Radiant damage or the weapon’s normal damage type (your choice).
Cantrip Upgrade. Whether you deal Radiant damage or the weapon’s normal damage type, the attack deals extra Radiant damage when you reach levels 5 (1d6), 11 (2d6), and 17 (3d6).
And Oath of Devotion Sacred Weapon reads:
When you take the Attack action, you can expend one use of your Channel Divinity to imbue one Melee weapon that you are holding with positive energy. For 10 minutes or until you use this feature again, you add your Charisma modifier to attack rolls you make with that weapon (minimum bonus of +1), and each time you hit with it, you cause it to deal its normal damage type or Radiant Damage.
The weapon also emits Bright Light in a 20-foot radius and Dim Light 20 feet beyond that.
You can end this effect early (no action required). This effect also ends if you aren't carrying the weapon.
Yes. One is changing the formula, the other is adding a bonus. The latter normally stacks anyway, but generally, you don't have to swap (IE effects stack) if:
1. You're not changing the formula (swapping things, like how to calculate your AC). This is true for the first part (hence it doesn't stack with your Str or Dex modifier, but not of the second).
2. It's not coming from the same feature (they're not).
Since the second feature is both a bonus (not a change in how you calculate it) and it's a different feature to the first, they stack. The second feature doesn't care about what ability you're using to govern your attack.

Do they stack?
Yes,, I think they do. The rules explicitly say that you can’t add your PB more than once to a roll. There is no such rule for ability modifiers.

Thanks for your responses. I was leaning that way but was unsure if I was correct.
May you always roll 20's!
