Hey all! With the new 2024 update we received a bunch of revisions to how things would work in the future. With it a lot of game elements were given fresh revisions, but not everything from the history of DND's 5th edition could make the cut. I decided to make this to keep track of what has yet to be brought up to 2024 rules from the 2014-on releases focusing on the playable species and subclasses. I thought this would be a helpful way to remind us which have been updated or not, and when something has been officially released I'll come back here and mark off where it's from so players who wanted these options know where to find them. Keep in mind I WILL NOT BE COUNTING UNEARTHED ARACANA AS A RELEASE as it is still in a beta phase and will likely be reworked before its publication. I'm also only focusing on those from first-party sources, as these are the ones Wizards of the Coast would have the direct ability to release. Also this is not meant as a way to promote the 2024 rules as the "superior" version of 5th, if you want to stick with a 2014 take on anything you have the right to do so. I personally plan to mix elements of the two up as a DM myself. If there's any news about one of these being published soon feel free to shout it out here.
