The answer given is correct for the Boon of Siberys epic boon feat.
Since the Siberys Dragonmark in Exploring Eberron is in the magic item section of the book, my best guess is that it would be treated as a magic item or Supernatural Gift that you can acquire if it has been implemented in the builder.
I am referring to the options in the new exploring eberron book. they are not listed under feats or as boon feats. They are not listed under magic items either. is there a place to add supernatural gifts so the mechanics function on the sheet?
It's a supernature gift, a class of reward that isn't supported by the character sheet. You would have to homebrew a feat to represent the mark, or manually add it to your character sheet
