Need help learning how to edit the character sheet

Need help learning how to edit the character sheet. More specifically I want to know how do you remove an action you dont want because you dont use it. For example if I dont use the unarmed attack and I dont want it on my sheet because it just clutters up my sheet. How can I remove it or any other action the system just puts on the sheet that you may not want there.

You can also use the same method to add actions you do want.  Booming Blade damge, Viscous Weapon/Flametongue damage, whatever.
