The reason I'm asking is because I created a Demon Lord of my own as the Big Bad for a campaign. And in the current possible scenario for the adventure I'm writing, I decided to drop a few foreshadowing clues on who and what the PC's are going to encounter. The map for the scenario I'm working on has a library in it, and I added a restricted section with a copy of The Black Scrolls of Ahm.
The PC's have already encountered Quasits at the start of the adventure, so it's probable they might suspect a Demon Lord is behind all that's going on. And it's also possible they might read the scrolls looking for clues. In line with DnD lore, I've added chapters for every Demon Lord Wizards of the Coast has created and they are all alphabetized. But there is a fair chance at least one player of mine will be a hardcore DnD nerd who knows every Demon Lord WotC has created. So when I mention the name "Nebiros", that name will stand out out to them because this is someone WotC has not created, but who I have created. So they will probably think that Nebiros is our Big Bad.
Therefore, to not make the foreshadow too obvious, I need some other OC Demon Lords any of you have created. I won't use them in the adventure and this is no official game. This is strictly a fun game for friends and family. I only need these OC's to not make mine so obvious.
Lophilithan, Keeper of the Ways. Lophilithan (named after the Angler Fish's Latin name) is an ever-hungry demon lord which hunts in the endless spaces between the layers of the abyss, offering tantalising light and promised escape to those who are lost, only to consume their souls and leave their husks to drift forever down to a bottom that does not exist.
I'll have a think if there are any more - I believe Dagon is an existing one, which I am using in my campaign (although entirely homebrewed, because I'm like that)

I posted this in another forum as a nihilistic hunger god but fits as a demon lord. That post had Food and harvest gods that were "feed the hungry and yourself" so i balanced it with an evil one.
Ogsugoch: The Ever famished. ( Og-suh-GAWK) Follower Alignment: Any - usually evil. Power Level: Greater Alignment: True Neutral Domains: Hunger
The force named Ogsugoch the Ever Famished is both mysterious and rather simple at the same time. Ogsugoch is hunger, Ogsugoch knows no satiation and ever focuses on the next meal. No concept of morality enters the mind of Ogsugoch, it eats as it sees fit. Followers of this entity try to transcend things such as being full or satisfied. Enough can never be enough. They strive for the single minded focus of simply eating. Some say the feral zombie is his followers attaining 'enlightenment', some say they are pieces of Ogsugoch himself acting through surrogate mouths. Ogsugoch is happy to have worshipers but it is just as happy to have them for a meal.

The Great Clean One. A large physically bulky, rotund demon who represents entropy by way of progressive reduction and sterilization. Matter scrubbed into a purer component form, energy sapped into eventual stillness. Is methodical in process, so it’ll take an eternity for him to reach his goal.
Partial to both cleaning magic and disintegration magic, banishment and stasis to help separate things that make a mess or cause too much change and creation. Is still a valid threat, as he’ll sometimes target various pockets of civilization, or interfere with the machinations of other demon lords, on the grounds that disorder, void or new order will disrupt his work; creating a new mess to clean up. Is ok with slower natural processes, as long as things are broken down. Mountains worn to dust, bodies decayed into more component chemicals, bones bleached by sunlight, forrest burned to ash…. such are the things that further his work, and thus is appreciated by him.
