Interesting choice of Multiclass, any particular reason?
The biggest obstacle you’re going to have is that by splitting your focus between charisma for the spell casting and strength for the fighting you’ve got really low Dex and Con. You're going to be very squishy trying to fight on the front lines, with a really low AC and a really low HP. Most of your spells would also be cast at disadvantage if you were trying to be up close to enemies and melee fight. You could consider switching the strength for Dex, which would solve the AC at least, and then use either ranged or finesse weapons both of which use Dex. However at that point if you’re going ranged why not just use spells?
Spellwise you missed Shield and Misty Step, two of the best low level spells in general.
Not sure you want a Javelin considering you have Jump to move far and Magic Missile to hit things distant. A Bow might be better for when you have to use many ranged attacks.
You also split your levels down the middle. A lot of the time, specializing in one is more powerful. If you went Fighter 3/Sorcerer 7, instead, you would get 4th level spells, resistance to your draconic elemental, more damage with it, and more inate sorcery (at the cost of one bonus attack, tactical shift and an ability score improvement.. If you went Fighter 7/Sorcer 3, you get fighting style, at the cost of a 3rd level spell and sorcerors restoration.
Welp, I can only see the 1st level version now but I would take the least amount of Fighter levels you can. I wouldn't worry about Extra Attack or Strength, I'd go with True Strike (2024 rules) for melee damage. 2 Fighter levels and Sorcerer the rest of the way will get you most of the good stuff.

I made a sorcerer/fighter build and would like some feedback to make it better.
