Hey guys, I need your help. For a homebrew feat, I'd like to set it up so that players receive a cantrip, and if they already have that cantrip, they can choose another one from a spell list. But I can't seem to figure it out. Does anyone know how to do that?

That’s not really possible. I’d just set it up to let them choose a cantrip, and trust them to take that specified cantrip when applicable.
