Customize the +2 weapon stats and roll the additional damage die separately. You can make the additional damage into a custom attack to keep it on the front page.
The components for true strike are a weapon worth 1+ cp which you make your attack with.
Casting rules also say that when a spell has both material and somatic spellcasting components the hand holding the material/focus can also be used to fulfill the somatic component (with the implication that the somatic component involves the material components in some way) Speed Test
The weapon is customized for the correct attack and damage modifier for True Strike, and set for radiant
A plain version of the weapon is on the sheet for opportunity attacks, which cannot use True Strike (not an action)
I roll the D6 separately after. There's a button to press on the sheet for True Strike, but it's easier to just roll a plain D6 than scroll and find it.
