The Players Handbook on the website is $29.99 but on the app it is $25.49 for the "digital pack".
Are these the same thing? If I buy it on the app will it sync with the website?
The prices on the app might be affected by the location.
Whichever the case, the content on the website and the app do sync, they are one and the same. If you buy on one platform, you have the content on both.
