In a homebrew campaign a character is my party has a familar that was her dying friend. Her patron promised to "heal" said friend and turned her friend into the familiar.
She is unhappy with said events and her motivation is to return the familar back into the person it once was.
Well, short of wish or the same sort of plot magic that turned her friend into her familiar in the first place, resurrection should do if you kill the familiar and cast it on the original body.

If you consider the form change to be a curse then you may require a curse breaking magic cast at a level equal to or higher than the level of the curse.
Or use wish, or plot specific magic.

She is unhappy with said events and her motivation is to return the familar back into the person it once was.
Is there any possible way of doing this?
