I'm currently playing in a face to face game and we're using Slack for planning, discussion, etc. It seems like a viable choice for running a play-by-post, and since I feel like I want to try running a PbP again, I've proposed running Dragon Heist for the group.
They're interested in theory, but none have done PbP before and a couple have said they can't quite envision how it works. I don't read forum games for fun myself, but I know lots of people do. So I'm here asking - Can you recommend me some games I can point to as good, representative examples of how they can run when done right?
I'm hoping for examples with more frequent, short posts over longer ones, to encourage quicker posting and back-and-forth rather than them (and me) feeling like we need to have something of substance to share. That's led to the slow death of a number of games I've both played and DMd.
Here are two that I ran in the last year or so. I had about five players each time and, for the most part, everyone seemed to have a great time and most of the players were new to the PbP format as well so you sort of get to see them learn how it works while playing.

Thanks! Looking forward to your suggestions!
