Last year I ran a short Christmas adventure. My alternate-universe Santa was an Archfey. His workshop in the Feywild was staffed by gnomes. He had Ice Golems. He hunted Bulezau demons.

I think the D&D version of Santa would be a mind flayer with a bag of holding and an army of kobolds.
Pathfinder included Krampus in one of their bestiaries. Wouldn't be too hard to convert him over to 5e.
