Unfortunately they don't have any of the DM's guild content available here natively like they do with the official books from WotC.
However, if it's a magic item, subclass, or anything that can be homebrewed with DnD Beyond's toolset, you can recreate it using the system so that you can use it in your personal homebrew collection. You wouldn't be able to publically share it due to it being licensed content, but you could share it with friends that are part of a campaign if someone has content sharing turned on.
Depends on what type of content it is, but if it's any sort of subclass, magic item, spell, background, or race, you can go into the Homebrew Creations section and create whatever it is you are trying to share. Creating one of those pieces of content uses a template system where you change modifiers and other portions to create the desired effect when used with the Character Builder and Character Sheet. My suggestion for learning how to do so would be to visit the Homebrew & House Rules forums where there are guides that lay it out for you.
To share with your players, someone must be subscribed to the Master Tier subscription and have content sharing enabled in a campaign that all the players are a part of. They would then be able to see the DM's guild content that you converted into homebrew on this website as part of their character sheet. You do not need to hit the "share with the community" button on that homebrew, any of that private homebrew is shared with your players if you have content sharing enabled.
Private homebrew is shared with your campaign, regardless of subscription. The Master Tier is only required to share official content sources to those without.
To answer - yes, copy the DM's Guild material to the homebrew creator and leave it as private / do not submit as public. You will be able to use this content in your campaign.
If so, how?

How would I share guild content with my players? Do I copy and Paste the material?
