I am trying to make a homebrew sub-class. One of the features is a limited use action that has a number of uses equal to the characters' level. Similar to Lay on Hands
I have no idea how to implement this. I can only seem to deal in fixed number values in homebrew creation; and there seem to be no tutorials or reference sheets for any special formatting that can be used instead.
Unfortunately the homebrew system only implements mechanics that already exist within the system. You can mix and match to some extent but otherwise you're limited to what already exists in the published rules.
I have asked, multitudes of times, for the ability to create new modifiers so I guess all you can do is add your voice to the fray and encourage others to do the same. I've been meaning to properly formulate this as a feature request for the new voting system but just haven't gotten around to it.

Any help would be great
