"Velvet armchairs, small statues of naked men on pedestals, and tall mahogany bookshelves are arranged neatly around the room. A mahogany desk in one corner doesn’t look like it sees much use. Books. Most of the books are fake boxes made of painted cardboard. A few have bawdy drawings and salacious poems hidden inside them."
They put a **** room in this adventure and NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT IT!!!
Sorry, they put a lot of stuff into the game these days that no one talks about. All it gets is either a slight chuckle...which may or may not be appropriate in this age, or people just glaze over it.
In my Club game, the gay Genasi merchant couple have been introduced to the party. But, because I feel their sexual preferences are just a small part of who they are, I did not make a big deal of it. The Players haven't pried or speculated either. To them, they are just neighbors and fun people to banter with.
I have to confess that when I read that description, I would not have come to that conclusion. Admittedly, the four-letter word you used is starred out, but if you are using a synonym for sexual assault, then I disagree because I don't see anything in the description that indicates an absence of consent on anyone's part. Orond sounds like a player.
Pretty sure the '****' is '****' as in 'pornography', not '****'. There's nothing in that description that indicates sexual assault occurs there - it's probably just where Orond likes to go for a little 'me time'.
The most disturbing thing to me is that there’s humans with Tiefling tails. Just some hereditary mutations that get chopped off.
I think I accidentally gave one of the kids a tail when they’re not supposed to have it. My Tiefling player, uh... “adopted” the kid because my party killed his parents. One of our best sessions.

Still weird, though.
Thanks for clearing that up :)
