I’m currently making a wizard following the school of necromancy. What do you guys think are the best necromancy spells from Levels one to five (wizard level is 1-9). Thanks!
Cantrips
Chill Touch
Toll Dead
1st
False Life (little bit of health for squishy necroman)
Ray of Sickness (chance for poison, but some monsters are immune to poison)
2nd
Ray of Enfeeblement (To hit, not save = good)
Gentle Repose (Only useful if party is low on healers, otherwise don't take)
3rd
Animate Dead (Free for Necromancers)
Life Transference (Good as a final sacrifice, turn 3 hp into 32 for a teammate)
Vampiric Touch (Good for close range, but concentration)
4th
Blight (big boy damage)
5th
Negative Flood Energy (all around good damage)
Danse Macabre (could be good in a large battle)
