I myself have replied to the 1D&D survey but the last 2 weeks I have often received the message at the top of my screen to please reply to the survey. I hit dismiss to the message but then in a couple of days it reappears.

There have been a few times that the banner has come back despite me not doing any of those things. With this banner, I've dismissed it maybe 4 or 5 times now over two devices?

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
I've also dismissed it a couple of times on my phone browser. Not the end of the world or anything, but there's another data point for whoever's looking at it, lol.

That second sentence is true. It if also true that if you dismiss the banner, navigate elsewhere to the site, leave your browser on that page with your browser and computer otherwise undisturbed overnight, return to that page, and click another link on the site like "forums," the message will reappear. It is a repeatable phenomenon.
DnD Beyond has a persistent, in many senses, banner problem. The One D&D banner seems more egregious in its popping uppityness.

Jander Sunstar is the thinking person's Drizzt, fight me.
To me, the bigger issue isn’t that the banner pops up, it’s that it pops up so much I reflexively hit dismiss without reading it. I’ve missed out on things I might actually like or want, like when they’ve offered free dice kind of thing. I guess that might be a me problem, but while the issue is open, I thought I’d throw it out there.

Is this happening to anyone else?
Thanks

Thanks for the info...I have not done any of those things and have dismissed the banner 4 times.

I just wanted to say thanks to /Davyd and everyone else for their feedback.
