I'd check with a copyright lawyer in your country about what's legal and isn't legal. Me, I'd use them personally for my own game at home but I wouldn't share them with anyone in my campaign, let alone distribute them to complete strangers.
Wizards of the Coast owns the copyright on all D&D products. If you were to release one of their modules for free elsewhere, you would be risking a lawsuit for copyright infringement, never mind that it would be morally wrong. You didn't create it, it's not yours to distribute.
I would also remind you that the rules of this forum do not allow discussion of copyright infringement or pirating copywritten works.

We have no ip laws were i live its still the wild.wild west. For instance people use to create modules for nwn with no issue
