Hey, idk if anyone would have a solution here but I just bought the phb, swashbuckler class, far traveler background and the centaur race but for some reason swashbuckler and some backgrounds like urchin etc don't show up when am making a new character.
I'm just a bit perplexed as my it looks like everything went through and I got the full confirmation thing, and I at one point ticked everything source in the home page of the character builder to see if they showed up later.

Make sure all your entitlements are synced, and give it a few minutes to go through. Sometimes it can take up to 20 minutes for everything to sync up.
ahh ok, I'll come back and see if it's sorted itself, I;m not sure what you mean by 'entitlements' though sorry, I'm a bit of noob with dnd beyond lol
Go to https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace and that will show what you've ordered. Sometimes they become desynched due to updates or caching or cookies.
