The last dev update on March 21st showed off some pretty slick previews of where the encounter builder is at, but as far as release goes-- You're better wishing on a star than hoping to see a release date. ;) It'll drop when they're done.
As always you can see what new features are coming to D&D Beyond on our Feature Requests ( dndbeyond.com/feature-requests ) and Feature Roadmap ( dndbeyond.com/feature-roadmap ) pages! And keep an eye on the social media channels for other announcements.
In more detail, the Media area just displays the Dev Update from 14th of march, however on Youtube, you‘ll find the update from 21st of march - with a notice that there won‘t be an update for the week after, and the next coming in april.
