I tend to download and print out created character sheets for one-shot games and use Beyond as a building tool to copy to/from for longer adventures. I also screen-shot and print out monster and magic item stat blocks that I print out for use at the table.

Right now the Party has a tendency to go off on smaller team missions - so I end up flipping back and forth between smaller groups more than I think is usual for most tables.
I don't mind Players entertaining themselves when they're not in the spotlight ( although it would still be nice if they were paying attention to other peoples' stories as well ), but I've had to ask one particular Player to please NOT play YouTube music videos at the table - I don't care if this situation reminds you of that song or not, and would you please tell your wife to stop texting you every 30 seconds, or at least put it on silent - and I have another player has a tendency to go "hold on, I need to pull my character sheet back up, I closed it to look up something else", when the spotlight swing back her way.
So, I'm going to try and pull the electronics from the table, and start telling people to shut up and let other people player their scene, please.

I am just curious. How do you use this tool when playing at a real table?

I use laptop when DMing and phone when a player.
Combo of printed sheet and phone for reference.
I use a tablet as a player, laptop as DM

As a DM, I use it on a laptop during the session.
To date, the Players have used it, in a combination of laptops, tablets, and phones, live in game.
I think we're moving to printed Character sheets for the Players, moving forward, however.

Pretty much that. Why are you going towards paper pencil?
