I"m sort of new to DnD and I want know how would the physical and mental abilities scores of a PC would look like. Like how much STR and/or CON is needed to look noticeably muscular.
Good question, but there is no conclusive answer. It is all subjective.
10 is average. I'd say: 13 would probably be fit. 15 would be buff. 18 or higher would be body builder.
