Can I transfer the title of DM to someone else in my campaign?

I’m the one who owns all the content in my group but I’m not the DM. How do I set up a campaign with him as the DM with access to all my content?

You dont have to be the DM to share content. Someone (doesn't matter who) needs to have a master tier subscription and enable content sharing in a campaign.
