I've seen some really cool custom classes like the Gunslinger, the Pugilist, the Scholar, the Necromancer, and the Illrigger. I loved seeing the Blood Hunter in the options for creating a character. Will we see some of the other classes make there way there in the future?
Not sure what this has to do with fighters (other than the gunslinger being a fighter subclass).
There is gunslinger subvlass for fighters (its pretty good) and a necromancer subclass for Wizard (that one is in PHB). The Illrigger might get added after it if is finished (it was still unfinished/unfinalized last I heard). I haven't heard of the other classes.
I absolutely LOVE the pugilist and scholar classes although I'm not familiar with the others. (FYI for others, they are by Benjamin Huffman and are available at the DMs Guild.)
I haven't tried making a scholar yet, but I did manage to hack together a passable pugilist (bloodhound bruiser fight club, up to 5th level so far) by creating a monk subclass. In the character editor, it's a mess of skipped options and what not, but in the character sheet there's just a few extra monk abilities I need to remember to ignore, but not too bad. Overall, with some work, I think I managed to get it mostly there - at least for that PC so far.
I haven't tried scholar yet (I'm going to take a stab at mystic now that I have some ideas of how to possibly create it without it being TOO ugly), but a wizard subclass might work since that base class has very little class abilities beyond just spells.
Some wonderful day, either DDB will work with some of the top DMs Guild writer to implement 3rd party stuff here or they will build a custom class feature. But until then, if you don't mind a bit of extra clutter on the character sheet you need to ignore, you can get pretty far with homebrew subclasses. But the more of us that speak up and ask for support of those awesome 3rd party classes, the higher priority they might make it.

Homebrew base classes is on the roadmap, but wont be coming out anytime soon. https://www.dndbeyond.com/feature-roadmap
