Hello I am preparing for one shot with a theme of Dungeon crawl/Castlevania (vampires) with lvl 15 characters and as far as I've heard thats a rare instance when it comes PC's its rare to reach that lvl also you get cooler stuff such as rare magic items ability scores and feet options and dat 8th lvl spells and I want to make the best of it.
I was going to make a Cleric because turn undead(either a war or grace domain [I'm also struggling with that so I'm open to recomendations of whic domain should I chose]) then I've had a thought What if I had multi classed .
For cleric domains: forge, life, tempest, and war are all good choices. Life and forge domains both get divine strikes to make your weapon attacks do a damage type that is strong against vampires.
You may also consider a paladin or multiclass. Gets extra attack at level 5 and a divine strike at level 11, plus smites.
Sorcadin (paladin/sorcerer multiclass) may also be really powerful in this setting. Especially a divine soul sorcerer for cleric spells.

what about
Paladin5(oathbreaker)/ Fighter3(samurai)/rouge 7 (dunno yet)
Paladin for control undead
samurai for giving my self advantage on my attack be cause as far as I've heard it doesn't have any limit so I could keep on sneak attack for dayzzzz
Rouge for evasion
You didn't bother to actually check samurai did you? It says it can be used 3 times per long rest.
And what happened to spells? You only get level 2 spells with this multiclass. And can only smite 6 times.
Generally, I am against multiclassing into more than 2 classes, you really start to sacrifices high level features then.
I am well aware of multicasting blocks of some feature of other classes but I just wanted to try it out
I also realised the flaw of the samurai after my post but thanks for the warning
