So I've seen and heard the interest in different forms of media that there is an interest in learning a different language by playing Dungeons & Dragons. What do you guys think about this?
I mean, my native language is swiss-german, the D&D game I'm in is in english. (we play by post in Discord) If I'm not sure which word I'm looking for, I ask my friends (all native english speakers), or the dictionary. Works out great. =)
(that said I was already pretty fluent in english when we started playing)
I'm fluent in both Spanish and english, but I'd really like to know if people would be interested in this kind of approach to the game in order to start something to support it. Like material (vocabulary cards, transcripts, etc.) or games with maybe an hour or half an hour of "class" to then practice during the game with support of the DM of course that should be bilingual.
