Maybe I am not seeing it but in the character creator, is the blood hunter available at all?

Hello Nolliekalioros,
It is indeed! Make sure you set "Critical Role Content" to on in the settings page of the builder (the first page).
Hope that helps.
Just select to add it from "Character Preferences" when you're rolling a new character, its directly under the homebrew option.
