My general thought is, do I want to attack alot or hit harder and have spells, I planed on taking shadow monk to lvl9 and battle master fighter to lvl11 so I can get the second wind, 7 maneuvers, 5 superiority dies that will be at d10(already took Martial Adept so I have 2 already and 1 d6 superiority die), and 2 extra attacks. But I've been thinking on going hexblade warlock. With being a monk warlock i would have my 2 actions, my spells, all the smites, mystic arcana, hexblades curse, hex warrior, accursed specter, and armor of hexes(which caught my eye to even looking into warlock), anyone have opinion on this??? Also do I half the spell slots for this also or just use the multiclassing table for spell slots?
Either one would work fine but I will say this... darkness/devils sight on a shadow monk would be fun. I guess the shadow monk can already do this although it does free up your Ki for other things like flurry of blows. Devil's sight lets you see in the magical darkness you've created which gives you advantage on attacks and opponents disadvantage (most of the time). Hex + flurry of blows can really add up some damage fast. If you take Sign of Ill Omen, you can curse a target to give them disadvantage on your stunning strikes. It does require you to have a high charisma though otherwise you'll have issues with having to land the curse in the first place. So if you do this, you'll want high dex, high wis, and high charisma. You'll also not want to skimp on constitution. All in all I think this looks like a fun build if you have the stats for it. If you don't have super high charisma and don't want to invest a bunch of points into it, you can still do most everything that would make this fun except the curse. Next time I roll high on stats I might think about doing this!

As far as number of slots and their level go, just use warlock table.
