But to answer your question Beyond D&D Beyond, pdfs and some print on demand of prior D&D edition content is available through DMsGuild and DriveThruRPG (and maybe elsewhere). They don't sell content piecemeal, you'll have to buy the whole pdf of whatever material your looking for.

DDB doesn’t sell anything from 4th edition. They couldn’t even if they wanted to, without a licence from WotC.
