So, i am trying to add a feat to a magic item i am creating, but the feats pulldown under bonus lists only some of the list - specifically does not seem to include Abberant Dragonmark which is what i am looking for. I own the content for WGtE so i can nornally select that feat for character use.

Not all feats have been added to homebrew options afaik. That could be the reason
