I don't know how to update card. Maybe try contacting support?
At the very least, if your subscription lapses it will not cause you to lose any of your collection or characters (though you will not be able to add more and be limited to 6 of those characters), nor will it remove content from character in content sharing campaigns (but they will not be able to add more).
And once you re-sub (and re-enable content sharing) it will be like it never lapsed
Contact support, I had this happen last year the card I was subbed under expired. Unless they've changed something the only way to change the card is through support. Worst case if you let it lapse and then re-sub under the new card you don't lose anything just as DxJxC said (it's what I ended up having to do).

I have a Master Subscription that will expire in a few weeks. Does it Auto-renew? If so, how do I change the credit card on file?
If not, how do I order it again?
When I visit the subscription page now, my only option is to cancel?
It'll auto renew, at least that's what it does for monthly subs

Great, if it auto-renews, how do I update the credit card? I can't seem to find that under profile or account?
