I hate to be obtuse but how would he access it? Can he just go to Sources, etc. at the top of the webpage or does he have it go through the campaign page and, if so, how?...
He can access them through sources at the top of the webpage from his login. If he has the app they can also be viewed from there if they have been shared. Once shared, the functionality is exactly as though he purchased them.
I own all the books and have Content Sharing turned on in a campaign my friend set up. Can he access the Tomb of Annihilation maps through there?...
Yes, he can access the adventures in the same way you can. (It will appear the same af if he had purchased it)
You can prevent access to specific sources through the content management menu in your campaign.

I’ll have him give it a shot. Thanks all!
