Hello fellow adventurers. I have a semi-serious question. I need some help with creating a character. I have a design and plan in mind. What i don’t know, is how to get the stats. I want him to be a werewolf that is searching for a way to cure his disease. He is stuck in the beast’s form.
Like, stuck in the wolf form? That's going to really limit your play options (not having hands, not being able to talk, etc.)
As far as I know, though, it only takes a priest, cleric, paladin, warlock, or wizard who can cast remove curse to cure lycanthropy, and it's only a 3rd level spell, so it shouldn't be that hard to find.

Can you use the lycanthrope rules in the Monster Manual?

You should be able to get cured for a moderate fee at a larger church (~50gp or ask a favor in return).
As for character concept, I don't recommend it, but ask your DM.
