I'm assuming my party may eventually try to claim and/or rebuild Icespire Hold. Anyone encounter this with their group? Any pointers they want to share for rebuild costs, staffing costs, logistics, etc.?

"...or you can find the secret tunnel that leads to the Vault of Dickish DM which is filled with 10,000,000 copper coins and a 5,000 pound solid gold statue of a middle finger that is too big to fit through the door."
Thanks folks. I've read the DMG guidelines...but was asking if anyone had a party specifically attempt this and, if so, what they worked out in terms of logistics. I'll take a look at the Amazing Strongholds and Followers; thanks for the suggestion!
