When I created my login for DNDB I used my Apple login. It’s a random bunch of characters, not an email address. I have several books connected to campaigns I play. I don’t want to lose access to those books.
I’ve purchased the 2024 bundle and gave my email address, but it’s a Google.
Can I add my books using my email address to an account based on my Apple login? Do I need to create a new account? Is there a way to change my existing login to one associated with my Google email address?
Your best bet is contacting customer support and asking if you can somehow merge the two accounts or transfer licenses. They’re very busy at the moment though so answers are taking longer than usual
I also Had my Apple account linked, As well as my old Wizards account (from almost 20 years ago)
When they updated the marketplace in May I stopped receving emailed from DnDBeyond MarketPlace to my applie hide my email address.
There is a support article to change your email address in your account. I suggest you setup a wizards account and link it to DnDBeyond, then followthe article to get your DnDBeyond email address changed.
